Texas Instruments to Webcast Its 2006 Financial Analyst Meeting

DALLAS (May 3, 2006) – Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE: TXN) (TI) invites you to view and listen to a live webcast of its 2006 Financial Analyst Meeting. Keynote presentations and roundtable sessions with TI executives will be webcast live on Tuesday, May 9, beginning approximately 7:45 a.m. CDT, and Wednesday, May 10, beginning approximately 8 a.m. CDT.
