Texas Instruments to Broadcast Its Second-Quarter Earnings Conference Call on the Web

DALLAS (July 14, 2003) -- Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN) invites you to listen to its second-quarter 2003 earnings conference call with analysts that will be broadcast live over the Internet at 4:30 p.m., Central Daylight Time, on Monday, July 21, 2003. Company spokespeople will include Bill Aylesworth, senior vice president and chief financial officer; Terri West, senior vice president and manager of communications and investor relations; and Ron Slaymaker, vice president and manager of investor relations.
