TI executives to speak at upcoming investor conferences

DALLAS (Sept. 4, 2008) – Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NYSE:TXN) announced that two of its executives will speak at investor conferences on Sept. 10, 2008.

Ron Slaymaker, vice president and Investor Relations manager, will present at the Jefferies 2nd Annual Technology Conference in New York City at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time. Slaymaker will discuss TI's business outlook and strategy to address key markets for its analog and embedded processing technologies and how these capabilities position the company for growth.

Gregg Lowe, senior vice president and Analog manager, will speak at the Deutsche Bank 2008 Technology Conference in San Francisco at 11:30 a.m. Pacific time. Lowe will field questions from analysts and investors, as well as discuss TI’s semiconductor strategy and outlook for the overall analog market, including both high-performance analog and high-volume analog and logic. He will also discuss how the company’s analog capabilities are positioning it for growth across a range of customers.
